Luca Designs accepts cancellation and changes within the first 24 hours after your order is placed. Customers must leave an order number and a reason for cancelation. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order as many issues can be resolved quickly. Luca Designs exclusively produces a custom request chosen from our catalog.
It takes us a little longer to ship products due to them being handmade. To help speed up this process, your order is sent to be made immediately after placing it. We are a unique brand that offers hundreds of unique offerings and to continue to offer this service we aim to work quickly, and process the cutting of raw materials quickly.
We have 24 hours to attempt any changes but we can NOT guarantee these changes will be granted after that time frame. Please read product pages and size charts thoroughly and don’t hesitate to ask any questions.
Canceled orders within 24 hours with order numbers and reasons documented are eligible for refunds to their payment methods with proper cancellation notice by email. Once the day has passed and items are in production, the refund policy briefly simplified will be in the form of store credit or exchange only and a restock fee will be applied.
