SHIPPING & JACKET TIMELINES

Seasonal Update: With production changes and peak season it is possible to have a 1-2 week additional delay. We are working through this, if you have a tight deadline please choose a rush order, contact us with deadlines or order well in advance. 

Luca Designs offers worldwide shipping using USPS, FED EX, DHL or CANADA POST.  Free shipping to the USA and Canada for web orders.

Please give Luca Designs the proper amount of time before emailing for order tracking. 

• Quality & made to order items may take up to 20 business days or less to ship. Delays could occur at times if there are changes in production, material acquisition or third party delays. Shipping is usually much faster but it depends on material availability, queue and other factors for our hand made process. Timeframes can be dependant on material availability and/or custom requirements and/or limited edition special releases.
  
  
• Please note that all of our jackets are handmade to order. Each Luca Designs jacket is handcrafted which may result in a slight variation of color, inner lining, and/or stitching.
• Rush orders will shave down time by having your order prioritized with other priority orders at a cost of 39.99 USD – 99.99 for SUPER RUSH where we aim to get jackets to customers and have designated staff on top of it. Customers are REQUIRED to contact us with deadlines to ensure this service (USE “RUSH ORDER” as the subject line for emails).    Rush orders cannot be cancelled.
• Custom sized orders will take approximately 3-8 weeks to ship due to the customization and specialists required. Please be aware of this when ordering, and enjoy your one-of-a-kind creation!
• Pre-orders for new items or custom designs will not have an estimated delivery time as they need to be built and released.
• We do our best to ship all your items together. Large orders may take more time to prepare as all items must be handmade first.
• Modification in the delivery address will increase delivery time as the parcel might have to be rerouted.
• Remote areas may be subjected to an additional shipping fee
• If you live in a remote location, or outside a standard shipping service area, we will contact you for additional costs to deliver the parcel.

• Pre-orders: For new items or custom designs will not have an estimated delivery time as they need to be built and released.

We ship in mailer bag that are packed tight to keep international shipping costs down, keeping the price lesser for you, the end consumer. 

Please note not to use deep cutting sharp objects when opening our parcels to avoid damages.

 

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, select army bases hotels or freight forwarders. If you are on an army base and require assistance please contact us.

We ship your parcel from one of our 3 locations in our best effort to get your jacket quickly.

Import taxes are beyond our control and may vary depending on your country’s policy. We ship in the best way possible to get your product made the fastest.

Special Jacket Requests

Some designs are considered special request and may take longer for us to get it to you due to processing times.

• Any professional riding motorcycle jackets with cow leather & Industry standard motorcycle graded pads or inserts.
• Printed jackets such as: Junkrat, Scarface, Judge Dredd, Racing Princess or similar print on leather work.
• Custom requested Jacket Designs or Custom Sizes.

ABANDONED SHIPMENTS

If a customer refuses delivery or refuses to pick up their parcel and the item is abandoned, destroyed, or misplaced because of negligence, or returned to sender the customer is held liable and a replacement will not be sent gratis. Tracking will be provided by text and or by email by our shipping carriers and we do the best we can to communicate with you if there are any issues with the parcel delivery. Luca Designs will not be responsible for your provided mailing address or its security at the property.

Custom Sizes 

Custom sized tailoring takes a special tailor to create a body for your pattern. Depending on the season 1-2 months is the average time for custom. Updates for this service are not as predictable based on the nature of the service at this time.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy

Rush order costs for shipping are non-refundable as orders put into the queue and are rendered immediately.

For standard orders – shipping costs are non refundable once the parcel has been shipped. A standard value of 29.99 or more is applied for shipping costs. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may not be considered free shipping.  Our prices remains to be consistent however, Luca Designs can request more funds for locations that are remote, or due to inflation of prices from the shipping companies.
