Please note that all of our jackets are handmade to order and are thus considered custom. Each jacket is handcrafted which may result in a slight variation. Please be aware of this when ordering, and enjoy your one-of-a-kind creation!
- Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if you would like an exchange or return. To request an exchange or a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org
- All returned items must be in an unworn and in re-sellable condition with all original tags attached.
- Please make sure the item is shipped within 15 days after you have received the return authorization from us.
- Please note that all custom-made jackets are hand-tailored to order and are only eligible for a store exchange or credit after Luca Designs Inc. receives the merchandise back in the original unworn and re-sellable condition. Please be aware a restocking fee will apply.
- In the event of the Seller's consent to the replacement of merchandise, the Buyer shall cover the costs of the return shipment.
- We are currently unable to offer refunds for returns, and instead offer an exchanged product or store credit.
- Please note that while we do our best to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase, Luca Designs reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges at their own discretion.

Exchanges or credits will be processed within 3 - 5 working days of receiving your return.
Returns May Not Be Eligible If:
The item has been discontinued.
The item has been tailor made and customized to your specification.
An email notification has not been received by you within the allotted timeframe.
The item is not returned within 15 days.
