At lucajackets.com, you can Return for an Exchange within 15 days from the day you receive your delivery.
All returned items, must be in an unworn, re-sellable condition with all tags attached. To request an exchange or refund please email lucajackets (at) icloud.com your request.
Exchanges refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 working days of receiving your return depending on stock levels. Please note that all custom-made jackets are only liable for an exchange.

3. Please Only return the item when you have received the authorization from us.
4. Returns may not be available if:
The Item has been discontinued;
The item has been tailor made and customized to your specification;
An email notification has not been received by you within the allowed timeframe;
The reason for return is a clear sign of buyers remorse, or purchased from a live trade show such as comic con;
The item is not returned within 15 days.
5. To qualify for a return or exchange, goods must be 'as new' with all the labels, tags intact and undamaged.
This policy is for customer satisfaction to assure that you are totally satisfied with the purchase and you can utilize your decision-making time. We highly understand your consideration regarding this subject. Items must be unworn with tags still attached to be valid for return.
If you believe that for any reason that the leather jacket is not according to your comfort, or is not what you thought; you are entitled to return/exchange the product in its original packaging and you will be charged a 20 percent restocking fee if it is no fault of Lucajackets.com unless the customer has proved a valid reason for a return. Ensure the return is unused with its all original tags and documents or a return may not be possible. We do not give money back for returns, but the customer will get an exchanged product or simply get store credit that you can use in the future order in the form of a site coupon.
In the event of the Seller's consent to the replacement of Goods, the Buyer shall cover the costs of shipment.
Note: Custom sized orders are measured by you the customer and is verified, therefore, if there is a fit mistake by the customer we cannot accept it as a return.
We do not reimburse for the postage/delivery charges for the returned products unless the item is defective, shipping otherwise will be borne by the customer. Kindly, send it accurately marked as a return for custom documentation or it will be rejected. Mail it through traceable delivery service, so it can be safe and tracked. We will inform you once we obtain your package at our location. We strongly recommend to email us prior to returning any product to understand the reason for return.
