Having trouble finding the right fit for you in standard stores? Luca Designs offers custom sizing to create a jacket tailored to your uniqueness. From broad shoulders to long arms, from bulging biceps to wide chests, we can make you a custom fit you’ll love.

Please check our size chart before ordering a custom size, as custom orders take 3-4 weeks to create. If you fit standard sizes XS-4XL, order from our available sizes.

• When ordering your jacket, simply select the “Custom Size” option.
• After checkout, fill in the form below similar to the samples shown. We ask for photos to ensure the most accurate sizing.
• Once we have your measurements on file, you can order without submitting photos in the future.

Custom sized jackets mean we build a pattern specifically for you. Items are final sale and Luca Designs guarantees the measurements.
