Refund Policy

At Lucajackets.com you can Return or Exchange leather jackets within 15 days from the day you receive your delivery. This policy is for customer satisfaction to assure that you are totally satisfied with the purchase and you can utilize your decision-making time. We highly understand your consideration regarding this subject. Items must be unworn with tags still attached to be valid for return.

Sizes taken directly from commercial clothing should never be used as substitution for physical measurements. Upon submission of the order, the Buyer absolves Luca Jackets of responsibility for incorrect measurements submitted. Luca Jackets reserves the right for any exchanges or returns to be made at their complete discretion.

If you believe that for any reason that the leather jacket is not according to your comfort, or is not what you thought; you are entitled to return/exchange the product in its original packaging and you will be charged a $30 restocking fee if it is no fault of Lucajackets.com unless the customer has proved a valid reason for return. Ensure the return is unused with its all original tags and documents. We do not give money back for returns, but the customer will get an exchanged product or simply get store credit that you can use in the future order in the form of a site coupon.

Items marked Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Items include but are not limited to: beachwear, underwear, damaged or worn items, gift cards, and discounted items marked with final sale.

In addition Items that are rare, numbered or collectable in nature, eg Poke-balls, Statues, Graded cards, or 1 off / customized collectable clothing articles are considered final sale.

Pre-Order items – Items not released are not available for a refund. It will take significantly longer to develop and process these designs and their batch orders.

Trade show or Comic-con events are not considered a web order. All items purchased at events are considered final sale.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Note: Custom sized orders are measured by you the customer and is verified, if there is a fit mistake by the customer we cannot accept it as a return.

We only accept Return/Exchange if the product is returned to us in a re-sell-able condition. You can definitely try the jacket for checking the measurements and its comforting level.

POSTAGE

We do not reimburse for the postage/delivery charges for the returned products unless the item is defective, shipping otherwise will be borne by the customer. Kindly, send it accurately marked as a return for Luca Designs Inc. customs documentation or it will be rejected. Mail it through traceable delivery service, so it can be safe and tracked. We will inform you once we obtain your package at our location. We strongly recommend to email us prior to returning any product to understand the reason for return.

JACKET MATERIALS

All Jackets are subject to color changes but will remain as close as possible to the original concept and photos displayed. Due to the nature of leathers – both vegan and real leather will not be the exact same tones constantly in future. Items made by hand, such as jackets, can have variations of stitching as expected. We reserve the right to modify or change colors to any materials as we see fit or based on what the market offers. To verify color changes or vegan tones feel free to contact customer service. The impact to the leather we choose will not be a valid reason to receive a refund in cash.
