I just got my jacket in the mail and it is everything I wanted! The owner is super responsive and even when I called their customer service number at like 2am he answered and was super patient and answered all my questions…I thought it was an 1-800 call center number but it was actually him. There’s nothing more awesome then reaching out and expecting to deal with a call center of disinterested people only to be surprised by the owner of the company speaking to me and handling my concerns personally. REAL LEATHER: Real leather will relax up to a couple inches around the body with some wear. Over time it will mold to you, giving you a new second skin
